Shipping policy

Please note the type of shipping you purchased before emailing the store.

Airmail typically takes 4-14 business days.

Ground Shipping can take up to 80 days for international orders.

If you did not pay for tracked package, there is no way for the store to track your package. If you purchase a tracked package you will be emailed when your package has shipped with a tracking number.

If you ordered a pre-order item, other items ordered at the same time, will be sent along with the pre-ordered item, when it is ready to be shipped. Pay attention to the description of the pre-ordered item to know when you can expect it to be ready for shipping.

Album 3 pre-orders still DO NOT have a official date of shipment. You will be emailed when a release date is confirmed and packages will be sent out to reach you on that targeted release date.

We ship with Canada Post, therefore when the items will be looked after by your country's national post service. 

Duties and customs charges apply depending on your country's tax regulations.
